Purchases from Topluxster Official Store

Customers who purchase directly from the Topluxster Official Store are eligible to request returns or refunds.

Purchases from Distributors

If you purchased your item from an authorized Topluxster distributor, please adhere to the distributor’s return policies. Contact the distributor directly for further information.

Order Cancellation

  • Order Cancellation Within 48 Hours: Customers can request an order cancellation within 48 hours of placing an order. Please contact us via email or phone to initiate the cancellation.
  • Orders Already Shipped: If the product has already been shipped, a $25 intercept fee will apply. Additionally, a transaction fee may be charged based on the payment method used.

Lost or Damaged Products

  • Lost Products: If your product was not delivered or was lost, please contact us immediately.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you received a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete product, please contact us immediately with proof (such as videos or pictures).

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase (excluding quality issues) within 30 days, you may request a refund by returning the item in its complete, unused, and original packaging. Customers are responsible for the double shipping cost, with two options available:

  • RMA Provided by Topluxster Customer Service: Once the item is received at our warehouse and its condition is verified, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Self-Paid Return: Please contact Topluxster Customer Service for return details.

Please note: If 30 days have passed since the purchase date, a full refund cannot be offered. If you reject shipments, the original payment will be deducted by the double shipping fees. For products that have been used, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact Topluxster Customer Service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Provide proof of purchase and follow the instructions given for properly packing and returning the product.

Refunds

  • Non-Quality Issues: Refunds are processed according to our “30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.”
  • Quality Issues: A partial refund may be provided based on the usage time of the item if more than 30 days have passed since the purchase.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned product reaches the Topluxster warehouse. A refund notification will be sent to the customer’s email address. If you do not receive your refund within 14 business days, please contact us.
